It snowed this week! Tuesday morning we woke up to a nice 1/2" of snow on the ground. Enough to shut the city down and make Lily's dream of getting to play in the snow come true. After we ate breakfast and cleaned up, I put Noah down for his nap and started bundling up Lily and William so we could go outside and play! Noah must have heard about the fun we'd be having as he made it clear he would not be napping. So we all got bundled up and after what felt like an hour of pulling out snow pants, trying to find matching gloves, and putting socks and bread bags over little feet and into normal shoes (an amazing trick!), we headed outside.
We made a mini snow man, walked up and down the street and had some good snow ball fights.
I love snow! And am glad my kids do too :)
